Scott Burk

Scott founded Scott’s Landscaping Inc. in 1990 with the support of his wife Kimberly Burk.  He serves as the CEO/President and oversees day-to-day operations, future planning & growth and mentors the  management supervisors.  Scott graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Landscape Contracting.  Scott is a Certified Landscape Professional, Certified Landscape Technician, certified installer with Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and Certified Pesticide Applicator.

Frederick Smithmyer

Fred is the construction coordinator and is responsible for scheduling and managing commercial and residential installation projects.  He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2002 with a degree in Landscape/Nursery Technology and has been working for Scott’s ever since.  Fred is the Chairman of the Safety Committee, a Certified Landscape Technician, and a Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist.

Ken Steich

Ken is a Construction Coordinator for select residential and erosion & sediment control projects.  He is responsible for coordinating crews, materials, equipment, change orders and the schedule for projects.  He joined Scott's Landscaping, Inc in 2009 while completing his B.S. degree in Landscape Contracting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Kristen Austin

Kristen graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in landscape architecture.  She completed an internship at a design/build Landscaping company before joining Scott’s Landscaping, Inc. in 2003.  Kristen specializes in residential design and has won several awards for her unique and creative work.  Kristen oversees the design department, works with clientele in designing and estimating their projects and manages her ongoing installations.  She is a member of the American Association of Professional Landscape Designers and has a certificate in greenroof systems.

Laurie Henry

Laurie is the estimator and project manager of the commercial installation division of the company.  She joined Scott's Landscaping, Inc. after graduating from Penn State University with a B.S. in Landscape Contracting in 2004.  She researches new project leads and prepares pricing to submit bids.  She serves as the main contact, attending project meetings and focusing on the contractual work and tracking that is involved with a large scale project after bid award.  She specializes in Greenroof Systems.  Laurie has her OSHA 30 hour certification.

Anthony Boob

Anthony is the Residential Maintenance Coordinator and estimates, schedules and manages residential maintenance projects.  He graduated from The Pennsylvania College of Technology with an Associates Degree in Landscape/Nursery Technology in 2001 and has been with Scott’s Landscaping since 1999.  Anthony is a Certified Pesticide Applicator and Certified Landscape Technician.

Jeffrey Krezo

Jeff is the Commercial Maintenance Coordinator and is responsible for estimating, scheduling and managing the completion of commercial maintenance project.  He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. Degree in Landscape Contracting in 2008, though has been with Scott’s Landscaping since 1999.  Jeff is a Certified Pesticide Applicator.

Marsha Harpster

Marsha is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of company financials, budgets, human resources, payroll, and department of transportation compliance for our company.  She is responsible for making sure policies, procedures, and guidelines are being adhered to and assists in identifying and implementing corrective actions where necessary.  Marsha serves as secretary on Safety Committee.

Cindy Bair

Cindy is the office manager for Scott's Landscaping, Inc. She is the key point of contact between clients and staff. Cindy brings 20 years of business office experience with her.  She provides daily administrative support to the staff as well as providing customer service, handling accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory control.  Cindy is active in identifying and implementing new procedures within the company to increase efficiency.
