Current Job OpportunitiesLandscape Installation Foreman – As a Landscape Installation Foreman one would be responsible for overseeing and running the implementation of various landscape projects. These projects would include but not be limited to tree/ shrub/ perennial installation, bed preparation, fine grading and raking, seeding, sodding and mulching. Projects may range from residential to commercial and vary in size and scope of work. A candidate for this position would have 3-5 years experience in Landscape Construction, posses a valid PA drivers licenses, and be highly motivated. Knowledge of plant material, planting procedures and overall familiarity of landscape projects is required. Good organizational skills, a strong work ethic and ability to read and understand plans are absolutely essential. This position will also require daily paperwork to be completed along with good communication skills with both the company’s Construction Coordinator and other crew members. This job will require frequent lifting of up to 50-100 lbs. Compensation package will be based on experience.

Knowledge of different hardscape materials, building procedures and overall familiarity of landscape projects is required. Delivery Driver – As a delivery driver one would be responsible for delivering bulk landscape products such as mulch, gravel, sand and other material to job sites and retail sales customers. This position will also mobilize mid size landscape equipment to and from company project sites. A candidate for this position will have a class A CDL drivers licenses, a clean driving record and a great work ethic. This position will require strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task between several job function throughout each day. This job will require frequent lifting of up to 50-100 lbs. Compensation package will be based on experience.

Nursery Assistant / Installation Technician – As a Nursery Assistant / Installation Technician one would be responsible to assist with stocking plant material in the Retail and Wholesale areas of the nursery. Ability to follow specific directions and knowledge of plant material is essential. In addition to assisting in the nursery one would also be responsible for installing B&B trees and small landscape plantings on customers’ properties. This will require some layout ability, customer interaction and knowledge of landscape installation techniques. This position also requires one to have 3-5 years experience in Landscape Installation, a valid PA driver’s license, operate landscape equipment such as skid loader and mini excavator as well as drive a truck and trailer. This candidate must be organized, very motivated and have a great work ethic. This job will require frequent lifting of up to 50-100 lbs. Compensation package will be based on experience.
Nursery Retail Sales Associate– As a Nursery Retail Sales Associate one would be responsible to assist with stocking and selling plant material in the Retail area of the nursery. Ability to follow specific directions and knowledge of plant material is essential. This position will also require customer interaction and superior customer service skills, some landscape design ability and knowledge of basic landscape installation techniques. The ability to operate a skid loader and 3-5 years experience in the industry is desired. This candidate must be organized, very motivated, have a great work ethic and excellent personality. This job will require frequent lifting of up to 50lbs. Compensation package will be based on experience.
