12-Volt Landscape Lighting: Yearly Maintenance Agreement

Scott’s Landscaping, Inc. prides itself on our ability to fully serve all our client needs. Through providing low voltage landscape lighting maintenance we are able to ensure you that your landscape will be working at optimal performance. Through letting us do your maintenance we can free you of the routine maintenance of worrying about keeping your lighting working properly. Some of the benefits of using our maintenance packages:

Lower Cost - Our packages provide discounted prices for routine service. Also, a lighting system that is working at peak performance uses less energy and has longer lamp, fixture and transform life.

Safety- Part of lighting our property is to provide safe walking paths, visibility and safety from hidden obstacles.

Enjoyment - With all your lights working property you can enjoy your landscape year round and creates a welcoming feeling of safety, security and beauty.

Term: One year from the date of this agreement.

Labor: Included.

Materials: To be billed at an extra charge as outlined below.

Includes:

• Making sure every light bulb is in working order and replaced if necessary.
• Cleaning lenses, repairing, straightening and adjusting fixtures.
• Replacing inoperable Control Module, timers and photocells.
• Making minor adjustments of fixtures.
• Resetting time clocks.
• Trimming and minor pruning around fixtures.
• Verifying transformer operation to original settings to insure system integrity.
• In the event of a cut wire we will attempt to replace the entire wire run. Replacing the wire run insures the integrity of the circuit. This cost will be billed at an hourly rate as listed below.
