Water Feature: Yearly Maintenance

Through providing water feature maintenance we are able to ensure you that your landscape water feature will be working at optimal performance. Through letting us do your maintenance, we can free you of the routine maintenance and worrying about maintaining your water feature system properly. Lower Cost - Our packages provide discounted prices for routine service. Also, a water system that is working at peak performance uses less energy and has longer pump, fixture and system life.

Trouble Shoot- our trained technicians have the ability to recognize issues, such as algae blooms or clogged pipes, before they become problems. We also can properly prepare you water feature for special needs of spring and winter.

Enjoyment - When your water feature is working properly you can sit back and enjoy your landscape instead of maintaining it. Your water feature will provide a relaxing white noise, beauty and an enjoyable atmosphere for you to enjoy.

Summer Maintenance

  • Remove netting.
  • Remove annual plants.
  • Check on water plants.
  • Place pumps, filters and on-site annual plants back in the pond, if were removed.
  • Install de-icer.
  • Test the quality of the water and add chemicals or bacteria.

 

  • Make sure every light bulb is in working order and replace if necessary.

  • Cleaning filters and remove leaves and debris from within water feature.

  • Test the quality of the water and adding chemicals or bacteria.
  • Mak minor adjustments of flow rates, if possible.

  • Verify transformer operation to original settings to insure system integrity.
  • Add Seasonal start- up bacteria.

  • In the event of a cut wire we will attempt to replace the entire wire run. Replacing the wire run insures the integrity of the circuit. This cost will be billed at an hourly rate as listed below.
